HUNT restaurant

HUNT restaurant

info

"HUNT" is a new restaurant, which was opened on the place of an oriental kitchen. The concept has changed radically: there was no trace from the rich Chinese restaurant. It became an all new place, unique in content and based on natural motifs - both in the kitchen and in the interior.

The restaurant combines three concepts that are reflected in interior solutions - bar with fresh seafood, gastronomic and meat dishes.

The name "HUNT" has been interpreted in interior design: natural motifs and materials prevail here. Space is full of wood, stone, leather, clay decor, an abundance of dry plants. Hunt is historically about strong people, the rough side of nature, harsh rocks and endless fields. And this is also the associations that restaurant's visitors get.

All the joinery such as countertops, waiters' stations, benches and bar stools are performed in rough oak wood. Leather curtains in the monumental ceiling design remind of stalactites. Spot pendant lights with decorative wooden floats enhance the impression of identity. Lighting also designates tables, and emphasize atmosphere.

Opened spaces prevails in the planning solution, to get as much natural light through windows as it can. Central composition of the hall are two asymmetric bar counters made of
concrete and wood.

The entire interior is built on a natural muted color range - a different tonality of terracotta clay with shades of gray and leather accents.

An additional emphasis was focused on the windows. Window slopes are made in terracotta plaster and illuminated with decorative lamps. This helps to attract the attention of people passing by.

Decorative ceiling "craters" give the space coziness, forming functional zones and link them with tables underneath.

All elements of furniture, except for chairs, lighting and decor, are custom-made according to sketches of architects.

The backlight plays an important role in the interior - it gives additional glare and the play of color and light in space, giving rise to a large amount of reflections.

There is not a single purchased item, except track lights in the interior of "HUNT". All elements are made on an individual project, which adds uniqueness to the interior.
